Refund policy

RETURNS

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  

Goods that are not eligible for returns and refunds:

- perishable goods such as food, flowers

- newspapers or magazines

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The merchandise must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered with the original tags attached. Returns that are damaged, used, worn, or not returned as the original condition, will be sent back to you at your expense.

Securely pack the merchandise preferably in the original package, or in a box or envelope of your choice. Please include the invoice and the receipt in the package.

SHOES

Shoes should be returned in new, undamaged, unworn condition in original shoebox including dust-bag. Shoes that are returned with no box or in a damaged box with an unacceptable condition will be sent back to you at your expense.

 

BAGS

Bags should be returned new, undamaged, with original tags, box, and dust-bag. Bags that are returned with no tags and unacceptable condition will be sent back to you at your expense.

 

CLOTHING

All clothing should be returned new, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags, or garment bags. Clothing that are returned damaged, with makeup stains or soiled, with no tags and unacceptable condition will be sent back to you at your expense.

 

SUNGLASSES and OTHER ACCESSORIES

Sunglasses must be return new, unworn, with original tags, and in original box or packaging. We won’t accept sunglasses that are returned damaged, broken, and scratched with no original box.

 

HOME

Home products such as plates, candles, diffusers, blankets, and pillows must be returned new, unused, unopened, undamaged, in original packaging, and plastic wrap undone.

 

BOOKS

Books must be returned with original box or packaging unopened (plastic wrap undone when applicable), otherwise we will not accept them.

 

ANTIQUES and VINTAGE ITEMS

Antiques and vintage items are NOT RETURNABLE.

 

BEAUTY PRODUCTS, FRAGRANCE, LINGERIE, SWIMWEAR, ALL ACCESSORIES INCLUDING HATS, BELTS, HAIR ACCESSORIES, SCARVES, PERISHABLE GOODS, AND ALL FINAL SALE PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.

 

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

It can only be applied to the same credit card. You may also use online store credit.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to 15 business days for your bank to complete the refund, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

 

If your order has been sent to a destination within the US or Canada, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the US and Canada, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Mindscapade. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. As this may not be available for all countries, we recommend that you hire a customs broker if you wish to claim back duties on returned merchandise.

 

SALE ITEMS (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

 

EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
