Nothing says "midcentury" better than Charles & Ray Eames-designed LCM plywood lounge chairs with metal legs.
This vintage pair of LCM's designed by Charles and Ray Eames were edited by Herman Miller circa 1951-1952, and upholstered in a splendid cowhide.
The lounge chairs are molded plywood for the seat and back, with early shock mount tabs and screw in glides. Foil label remains on one chair.
Holes on underside of seat are as seen in original slunk skin productions, however the current hide appears to be an update and is in excellent condition.
As seen on the photos, there is some oxidation to metal which is consistent with age.
These are truly rare and vintage pair of Lounge Chair Metal!
